A PREFERRED CUSTOMER is a person who purchases FUXION products for personal consumption, through their own Customer account. This Customer account is obtained free of charge when making a first purchase of products in the Online Store.

- Every 12 weeks from the date you first purchase a product is equivalent to one cycle (*). All purchases made during the cycle will count towards free products with Fuxion Rewards.
- Orders generated in a 12-week cycle will be counted. You will be able to redeem a maximum of 03 free products during the same cycle. If you have accumulated prizes that you do not wish to redeem in the current cycle, you will have up to 12 additional weeks to redeem them.
- You will be able to choose your gift from the list of products that are available on the date of the exchange.
- Points will only be valid in the current cycle. Each time a cycle ends, the remaining points will return to zero since they cannot be accumulated.
(*) Your cycle will be counted until week 12 after the first purchase is generated. After that, the cycles will be renewed automatically, every 12 weeks.
